Maintenance Contract for Frigeria Water Cooler/ Water Dispenser

The installation of Frigeria water cooler/ dispenser is with one year guarantee after which you might like to have a maintenance contract with us. The benefits and services of entering into maintenance contact as below:-

Benefits:-

1. Regular checking and servicing thus prolong life span of water cooler/ dispenser.
2. 10% discount is allowed on replacement spare parts.
3. Transportation, labour and servicing charge is waived even for impromptu requests.
4. Service complaints will be attended within 3 working days upon request.

Services:-

1. Four times (once every three months) of free checking and servicing per year.
2. General cleaning/ sterilization of water cooler/ dispenser/ water filter.
3. Clean and polish cooler/ dispenser’s sink surface and body
4. Clearance of chock or drainage if necessary
5. Checking on all installation joints and connections as to ensure all intact
6. Adjust thermostat for temperature setting if necessary.
7. Changing of water filter upon customer request at $77.00 (10% discount is applicable)
