Job Scope:

1. To dismantle of one set existing air con system, if necessary
2. Replace existing air con with NEW air con
3. To use existing of copper pipe, fitting, insulation tubing for the refrigeration system
4. To vacuum, flush, welding and brazing air con pipes
5. To use existing of inter-connecting wiring for the fan coil & condensing
6. To use existing of PVC pipe to carry the condenser water from fan coil to the nearest floor trap
7. Top up refrigerant, if necessary
8. Testing & commissioning for the air conditioning system.
(Excludes air con bracket and power point )

* 2 years warranty for spare parts
* 6 months labour warranty for existing pipes
* Prices are only pertaining to HDB flats
* No refunds allowed after installation
